Lanstitut Recruit is a web app used by international recruiters to find, interview, and hire skilled Indian healthcare professionals for hospitals across Germany, Austria, Italy, France — and more countries coming soon.

I led the end-to-end product design: UX, UI, flows, prototypes, design system, and stakeholder alignment.

We want recruiters to hire faster, with fewer calls, less confusion, and more clarity.

Before this tool existed, global recruiters relied on a chaotic mix of phone calls, Google Meets, Zoom links, WhatsApp messages, manual tracking, and back-and-forth coordination with Lanstitut’s internal team.
We built Lanstitut Recruit to automate this entire hiring pipeline, from discovering candidates to rolling out final offer letters.

Show detailed scoring without overwhelming the UI. We solved this by creating a clean, modular scorecard that visually balances the AI metrics with mentor metrics → easy to scan, yet detailed enough for decision-making.

Building systems that simplify operational complexity.

  • Complexity should live in the system, not in the user's workflow

  • Simplified milestones often outperform highly accurate but overly detailed processes

  • AI is most effective when it augments judgment rather than replacing it

  • Operational products succeed when they reduce coordination overhead

  • Trust is built through visibility, consistency, and predictable outcomes
